Endura and Vibe Airbrush Liquid Face and Body Paints Face Painting Tips

GENERAL INFORMATION

European Body Art is the manufacturer of Endura and Vibe. Both products are manufactured in the USA using only FDA compliant ingredients. Endura is a long lasting alcohol based liquid body paint that can be used with sponge and brush or with an airbrush. Vibe is a water resistant face and body paint that can be used with an airbrush or with a sponge and brush. Both products are high quality and provide impressive coverage. Colors are opaque and vibrant and long lasting. Although both can be used for body painting, we do not recommend using Endura on the face due to the fact that it is hard to remove since it has been designed to resist sweat, water and friction. We recommend using Endura when body painting models at events in which they will be in contact with the public, fabrics, if they are in water or when the events are long. You can also use Endura body paints for creating temporary tattoos. We recommend Vibe for when you need a long lasting kind of makeup that can be safely applied to the face. Vibe is resistant to water and friction, but it can be easily be removed when needed, which makes it great for wearing on your face.

From the label: Endura is an alcohol base blend of airbrush tattoo ink and body f/x makeup providing an extensive spectrum of opportunity. known from its superior longevity (up to 7 days), high detail spraying ability, unlimited blending, quick drying time and realistic looking colors, Endura is widely used in special effects, airbrush tattoos, prosthetics and body paintings.

These face and body paints are in a liquid form so they do not need to be activated. You can use them just as they come or you can thin them out using the proper thinner.

HOW TO APPLY ENDURA AND VIBE LIQUID FACE AND BODY PAINTS?

You can use a face painting sponge or face painting brush to apply these products if you will not be covering large areas of the skin. If you are body painting and would like to cover a larger surface in more time, using less product, we recommend using an airbrush gun to apply these face and body paints. Keep in mind that the final look also depends on the tool used. An airbrush gun will give you a much smoother look when applied correctly.

Specific Directions for Endura Body Art airbrush body paints: Alcohol based. Non toxic. Shake Well before using since separation may occur. Clean skin well before application for a longer lasting effect. Apply light coat first. When using an airbrush gun to apply use 20-30 psi. Remove with 70% rubbing alcohol.

Specific Directions for Vibe Body Art airbrush face and body paints: Product separation is normal. Shake well. For face and body. Clean skin, apply a light coat first. Use 5 to 15 psi on your airbrush. Remove with soap and water.

HOW TO REMOVE ENDURA AND VIBE AIRBRUSH FACE AND BODY PAINTS?

Vibe face and body paint can be removed easily with just soap and water. You can use a soft sponge or cloth to aid int he removal process. Always start by coating the skin with a thin layer of soap. Once you have worked the soap into the face paint, then proceed to rinse. You might need to repeat this process a few times. Always make sure to be gentle, excessive rubbing of your skin can cause irritation. Also, we suggest not to use scented baby wipes since the perfume can cause allergic reactions. If any stains are left on the skin, consider using lotion. You might need to let the lotion set in for a few minutes before wiping it off. In the rare case in which a stain is still visible after this process, please wait for 24 hours before attempting to wash off the area again. Normal sweating and oil production from your skin will aid int he removal process, as well as rubbing against your sheets while you sleep.

Keep in mind that all face paints can stain since it depends mostly on your skin type. If you are concerned, always try a small patch of the color on the area to be painted and test for stains 30 minutes after. If the color does leave a stain, you might want to consider using a different color if that concerns you. Colors like dark green, dark blue and teal are usually more likely to stain in every brand.

To remove the face paint off your face painting brushes and sponges, we recommend using a brush soap like the Pink Soap by Mona Liza. These soaps are designed to remove oils and pigments off your tools and will do a much better job than regular hand soap. Once your tools have been washed off and thoroughly rinsed to remove all traces of soap, let them dry out completely before storing them.

To remove Endura we recommend using a makeup remover, baby oil, or a lotion. Let either of the three set in order to loosen the product. Then, proceed to gently rub the area with a sponge using some soap and water. If you have been fully painted we recommend soaking in a warm tub since warm water helps loosen up the body paint before attempting to remove it.

HOW TO STORE ENDURA AND VIBE AIRBRUSH FACE AND BODY PAINTS?

Like with all cosmetic products, it is always best to keep Endura and Vibe face and body paints away from a direct light source and in a cool and dry environment. Excessive heat dry up and spoil your face paints really and excessive light can fade the colors.

Make sure to always keep the lids/caps closed to prevent evaporation and spilling.
