This is the place to come if you want to sleep well knowing that no matter what happens to your order you will be okay. We highly encourage adding shipping insurance because accidents do happen while mail is in transit. Your package will be insured by the USPS, SHIPSURANCE, or both, depending on the size of your order.

    Please read the following information before adding shipping insurance to your cart.

    We offer low prices to insure your valuable paints! When you report your package lost or damaged to us it may take 1-3 weeks for the insurance to complete a claim from the day they receive it. We will then be contacted by the insurance company with their decision. If the insurance pays the claim we will issue a refund to you for the amount given to us by the insurance company. We are not responsible if the insurance company refuses to pay for the claim, but we will do our best to pursue the payment of any legitimate claim.

    Please note: This shipping insurance does not cover the following
    - Neon Items
    - Loss, damage, shortage, or non-arrival of any parcel and its contents which is addressed incorrectly
    CLAIMS

    The package recipient should hold damaged items and damaged packaging in the event they are requested during claims processing. Failure to retain damaged property could affect final settlement of the claim. A copy of the invoice or information to find such copy will be needed to process the claim. Failure to provide an invoice or information to find it, will make it impossible for us to file a claim.

    *The coverage is only for the products cost at time of purchase (according to invoice) and not for shipping, handling, fees or any other charges.

    Concealed Damage - allows for the discovery of loss or damage up to 15 days after final delivery

    A SHIPSURANCE claim form and all required documents must be provided within 120 calendar days from the date of shipment. A complete claim submission will include the following documents: SHIPSURANCE claim form, a copy of the carrier's tracer form, a copy of the invoice, photos of damaged goods and packaging, a repair estimate, signed claim statement by recipient, and any other documentation requested by SHIPSURANCE.

    Please note: If the claim is for a lost package, you must wait 20 calendar days before filing the claim with SHIPSURANCE.


    Warning: any fraudulent claims will make the shipper and/or package recipient liable for prosecution for mail fraud under the Federal Criminal Code.

    If you used Priority Express Mail®, the USPS® provides your first $100 of insurance coverage. If you used regular Priority Mail®, the USPS® provides your first $50 of insurance coverage. Once the USPS has processed and paid their claim we may then submit a claim to SHIPSURANCE - Shipping Insurance for the claim amount above $100 (if you buy additional insurance here). If you want a much faster processing of your claim for your order that is over $50 or $100, be sure to pay here for the total amount of insurance to cover your entire order, and then we will only have to file one claim with SHIPSURANCE. As if other insurance or coverage is present on a shipment, Underwriters will only provide the excess coverage.

    Please note: This shipping insurance does not cover the following

    - Neon Items
    - Loss, damage, shortage, or non-arrival of any parcel and its contents which is addressed incorrectly
    -Shipments sent to Afghanistan, Angola, Bolivia, Burma, Congo, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Ivory Coast, Liberia, Mexico (Truck/rail shipments to and within other than as a connecting conveyance), Nigeria, North Korea, Paraguay, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, and Venezuela.

    -For shipments to Russian and other Commonwealth of Independent States countries coverage ceases upon touchdown of the aircraft at the airport of destination or upon discharge from the overseas vessel a the destination discharge port.

If you want a much faster processing of your claim for your order that is over $200 , be sure to pay here for the total amount of insurance to cover your entire order, and then we will only have to file one claim with SHIPSURANCE. As if other insurance or coverage is present on a shipment, underwriters will only provide the excess coverage.
