This is the place to come if you want to sleep well knowing that no matter what happens to your order you will be okay. We highly encourage adding shipping insurance because accidents do happen while mail is in transit. Your package will be insured by Stamps.com. If you are ordering more than $1000 in product and would like it insured, please contact us to calculate the amount. Thank you!!

Insurance for packages sent to the USA and its territories
Please read the following information

It may take 2-3 weeks for processing to complete a claim from the day they receive it. We will then be contacted by them with their decision.

We cannot submit claims for lost packages before 30 days after the shipment date. Claims for damage can be submitted at any time. All claims must be submitted within 180 days after the shipment date.

The package recipient should hold damaged items in the event they are requested during claims processing.  Failure to retain damaged property could affect final settlement of the claim.

The coverage is only for the products and not for shipping, handling, fees or any other charges.

Warning: any fraudulent claims will make the shipper and/or package recipient liable for prosecution for mail fraud under the Federal Criminal Code.

If you used Express Mail®, the USPS® provides your first $100 of insurance coverage. Once the USPS has processed and paid their claim we may then submit a claim to PIP (Parcel Insurance Plan) for the claim amount above $100.
