This product needs to be exposed to regular light after being painted on so that it gets "charged". After being exposed for a few minutes the color will glow in the dark for a a few minutes. For the effect to be noticeable we recommend covering large areas of the face/body. This product will only glow well in a completely dark atmosphere.

Ruby Red is a new brand made in the USA. This line of face paint has no parabens or perfume.
