Description Ingredients List

Pixie Paints are chunky polyester glitters in a aloe vera gel base, perfect for putting on top of skin, hair or face paint. Since some of these glitters are larger than normal, we suggest to please use with care, and avoid using around the immediate eye area or on children who may rub the glitter into their eyes.

You can use a rake brush, a filbert brush or flat brush to apply it on the skin or hair. I like using the back end of my paint brushes because then I can adjust the glitter around the design just where I want it and it is less messy than using with bristles.

If you avoid rubbing the the Pixie Paint you will experience very little fall out. Pixie Paints are easy to wash off at the end of the day.

Abracadabra contains a variety of sizes of holographic white glitters, from .008 to .094 polyester hexagonal cut. You will see a rainbow of colors that will change depending on how the light hits it! Talk about a face paint prism party!
What is the difference between Abracadabra and True Colors? True Colors only has chunky glitter in it. Abracadabra will be infused with a fine glitter glaze, while True Colors lets you more randomly space out your glitter with the back of a paint brush if you do not want solid coverage.

Additional Manufacturer info:

  • Pixie Paint is a blend of chunky and fine glitters along with our aloe glitter gel base. You can paint it on the face, body, and hair.
  • It's perfect for Glitter Roots, cute Pixie-ish accents on the cheeks, and extreme coverage for dance clubs or festival body painting.
  • Pixie Paint tends to stay put all day, with very little fallout, but can be easily washed off with water.
  • DO NOT use this product on eyelids or very close to eyes. Chunky glitters are designed for special effects, and are not considered safe to use as eye makeup.
  • Avoid use on very small children if there is a danger of them rubbing the glitter into their eyes.
  • Pixie Paint can look sheer or provide moderate to heavy glitter coverage, depending on how you apply it. If you want more solid glitter coverage, you can apply Pixie Paint, and while the gel is still wet, dab on additional loose glitters.

I have both True Colors and Abracadabra. I like the tiny glitter added in Abracadabra.

The difference between Abracadabra and True Colors is that Abracadabra has fine glitter in it, and True Colors just has the thicker cut. I prefer Abracadabra because it has more depth to it, more shine, and only continue to buy this color now :)
