Blue Squid paints are professional quality. These products are cruelty free, natural, vegan, hypoallergenic, no perfume, non-toxic, and gluten free. Designed in Britain and manufactured in China. Neon colors, like in many other brands, are made with pigments that have not been approved by the FDA to be used in cosmetics (the FDA has not tested them yet for cosmetic use) but they have been independently tested and have been determined safe for cosmetic use by independent laboratories. Following FDA guidelines these colors are labeled as a Special FX product to be used on prosthetics, clothing, etc.

Special FX Product. Apply to prosthetics, bald caps, clothing, etc. Paint will create a glowing effect that is especially bright under black/ultra violet light. Use contrasting colors to achieve a 3D effect. Conforms to ASTM, D-4236 & EN-71. Do not use around eyes and lips too long.
