What are the dimensions of this Silly Farm Cake?

Silly Farm rainbow cakes are in 50 gram containers measuring 2 ½” X 3”. The containers have a hollow base so that they can be stack-able.

What is the Summer Sorbet Rainbow Cake best for?

This beautiful color combination was created by the amazing painter, Cameron Garrett! Summer Sorbet is perfect for painting tropical mermaids, cats, butterflies, fairies and so much more! You can use Summer Sorbet to paint 1 stroke designs like dolphins, unicorns, flowers and dragons if you load up a few of the colors on a large flat brush. Silly Farm Rainbow Cakes contain multiple colors of paint in one container, this allow you to lay several colors down at once with the swipe of your sponge! Split cakes make it easy to create beautiful bases for designs with colors that look great together. Please read the neon warning below.

How to apply and remove this super bright paint?

Silly Farm Rainbow Cakes are best applied using a sponge or flat 1" brush. Wet your brush or sponge using a spritzer spray bottle to wet the rainbow cake slightly or moisten your sponge or brush and then move the brush back and forth over the split cake. Choose a brush or sponge size based on how many colors you want to pick up. Hold the cake vertically so that any dripping paint will run down the color of the stripe, and not across the whole rainbow. Put just the tiny tip of your brush or sponge back in your water cup if you need to add more water. You want the paint to be fully loaded, appearing wet and shiny, but not drippy. Make sure that your brush is lined up with the correct colors when you reload. Rinse and repeat if colors start to get too mixed. Use a moist soapy cloth or sponge to wipe the paint off. Do not rinse with water first, or it may be more difficult to remove it. Rinse out the cloth or sponge and repeat if necessary.
