What is this UV cameleon rainbow cake best for?

Neon Sea Light was designed by face painter and makeup artist, Shawna Del Real for black light painting. This beautiful combo of colors will stand out under black lights, and make your designs look amazing. Create peacock feathers, butterfly wings, tropical flowers, dolphins, unicorn manes, rainbows, Mardi Gras masks and so much more! The colors are not as bold under regular light.

How to apply and remove it?

Apply with a dampened sponge or brush. In general, neons are more transparent than regular colors and will need more loading. We recommend applying water to your brush or sponge and then load the paint rather than spraying your paints. These colors remove easily with soap and water from most surfaces.

What else should I know about Cameleon UV Neons colors?

All neon colors are hypoallergenic. Neon colors, like in other brands, are made with pigments that have not been approved by the FDA to be used on cosmetics (the FDA has not tested them yet for cosmetic use) but they have been independently tested and have been determined safe for cosmetic use by independent laboratories. Following FDA guidelines these colors are labeled as follows: Special FX Product - Prosthetic Paint (for professional use only) - Not a cosmetic Product Apply product to prosthetic appliances, bald caps, clothing, etc to create a glowing effect that will be even brighter under black light. Use contrasting colors to achieve a chromadepth or 3D effect. Because this product can stain other surfaces, please avoid contact with carpets, fabrics and upholstery.

Cameleon cakes are vegan and they are not tested on animals. They contain no parabens or lanolin to reduce the risk of allergic reactions. Cameleon cakes are made in China under the direction of Cameleon .BV in the Netherlands.
