What is this product best for?
This Double Dip™ Fun Stroke color combination is perfect for creating flower petals and eye masks! The white edge allows to have more control in lightening and darkening the color of the cake for various skin tones as well as creating double dip flowers using a petal like brush. Simply load your cake as normal (avoiding the white) for a bold effect; then, dip your brush in the white end for a pastel effect. You can create designs combining both options generating a fun contrast between bold and pastel colors. You can also dip your Bolt Blooming Brush on the white area of the cake and then dip the tip in one color. Watch the video below for a demo on these techniques.
How do I apply the paint?
Load a wet flat, angled or filbert brush back and forth over the Fun Stroke cake, using a small amount of water to moisten your paint. Choose a brush size based on how many colors you want to pick up. Hold the cake vertically so that any dripping paint will run down the color of the stripe, and not across the whole rainbow.
How do I remove the paint?
Use a moist soapy cloth or sponge to wipe the paint off the face. Do not rinse the face off with water first, or it may be more difficult to remove it. Use gentle soap or baby oil around the eyes. Rinse out the cloth or sponge and repeat if necessary.
