Global Colours Paint - Neon White (Clear) 32gr
The container is 2 14/16 inches in diameter and 9/16 inches tall
How to apply and remove it?
Apply with a dampened sponge or brush. We recommend that you apply water to your brush or sponge and then load the paint rather than spraying your paints. This line of paint may require a bit more water than other brands. The first time you use some colors you might need to work the color until your break the "waxy" barrier. These colors remove easily with soap and water from most surfaces.
What is this product best for?
All Global Neon colors are very bright under black light and can be successfully used for base work and line work (unlike other brands of neon colors that are hard to use for doing line work). All Global Neon colors are black light reactive. Neon White is Only Effective under Black Lights. Neon white is very sheer in all brands under regular light. You only need a very thin transparent layer to get a strong glow under black light. If close to the black light it will reflect the blue glow from the bulb like you see in the sample pic.
What else should I know?
All neon colors are hypoallergenic. They contain no perfume, parabens or lanolin to reduce the risk of allergic reactions. Global cakes are vegan and they are not tested on animals. Neon colors, like in many other brands, are made with pigments that have not been approved by the FDA to be used in cosmetics (the FDA has not tested them yet for cosmetic use) but they have been independently tested and have been determined safe for cosmetic use by independent laboratories. Following FDA guidelines these colors are labeled as a Special FX product to be used on prosthetics, clothing, etc. Global cakes are made in China under the direction of Global Body Art in Australia.
Special FX Product - Prosthetic Paint (for professional use only) - Not a cosmetic Product
