Thanks for shopping at JestPaint! Read this and you may find some useful money saving codes!

We hold ourselves responsible for making your shopping experience a great one in these ways:


-We will answer any questions that you have before placing your order and help you check out if you need any assistance.

-We will process your order as quickly as possible and we will pack your order with care.

-We will make sure that your order is accurate.

-We will keep the best inventory possible. If there are any errors in our inventory, we will notify you right away.

-We will post important information about label warnings so you can make the best decisions before you purchase your products.


-We will help you if you think a product is defective.

There are some things that we are not responsible for, and we want you to be aware of those things before you make your purchase.

-We are not responsible for lost packages, or damage to products that occur during shipping. We will do what we can in our power to help you out if something goes awry, but we want you to ship smart, so we do offer shipping insurance for you to purchase for your valuable packages, and we highly recommend it.

-We are not responsible for the labeling of products by other manufacturers, the actual weight of the paints, the actual colors of the paints or glitters, or any other matter about the products that are beyond our control unless they are defective. We do our best to communicate with manufacturers about our customers concerns (especially if you feel a product is defective), but in the end, we are not responsible for these matters.

RETURN POLICY
 

At Jest Paint, if we sent you the wrong item, if you are not happy with what you have ordered, or  if you accidentally ordered the wrong item or number of items, you may return your unused, undamaged products for a store credit, refund or exchange as long as you contact us within 72 hours of the arrival of your package.

 
If you are missing a product or received the wrong product contact us within 72 hours of receiving your package so that we can help you get the right item.

Before returning any item you must call and get an authorization code from us along with shipping instructions. Returns received without authorization code will not be credited and items will only be shipped back to customer at customer's expense.
You must ship your items back to us within 7 days of receiving your package to qualify for a refund/credit or exchange.

-Please contact us to let us know what you want to return and why. Unless we made an error with your order or the product you want to return has a manufacture's defect, you will be responsible for the shipping and insurance to make sure it all gets back to us in one piece. If the error was on our part we will pay for the shipping both ways to get you the right item.

-We will not issue a credit, refund or make an exchange if you have thrown away an possibly defective product or alter the condition in which it was shipped to you, so please call first before trying any experiments on it or tossing it.  :) 

-If the item arrives damaged, used or in a condition that will not allow for us to re-sell the item, we will not be able to issue a refund, store credit or exchange. Pack your item well or insure it to prevent damage during shipping.

-Once we get your returned product and approve the condition of the item as returnable, we will issue you a store credit, refund or offer you an exchange.



                                 I hope that you  won't be disappointed by your purchase, but you never know!

Some things to be aware of before placing your order:

-depending on skin type and the pigment you choose, some colors may stain your skin temporarily. Using a soapy washcloth or sponge to rub off the paint is the best way to remove it, but we are not responsible for colors that stain. Be aware of dark green and blues, and sometimes black in all brands of paint.

-Some paints may have cracks on the surface or through the cakes. This is because of the brittle nature of some of the colors and the fact that they can come loose in the case during shipping and break. The pieces will bond back together and the cracks will go away with use. We do not accept the return of cracked paint solely based on the fact that it is cracked. Call us for tips on how to get rid of those cracks!
 
-Note that the actual paint or glitter colors might not be exactly like those shown on the website do to the difference in computer monitors, and sometimes the difficulties that come with photographing the product to show the exact color match. We really try our best!

-Some batches of paint and glitter look different than previous batches of the same color.

-Many colors in TAG, DFX and WOLFE are very similar, so though the pics might look like a different shade, they are most often the same shade. Their consistency may still be different. Likewise, similarly named colors might actually have different shades.

-Weights of paints are approximate due to water loss and density of the paint (neon, metallic, essential). The actual weights might vary. The weights we post are what the manufacturer puts on the labels.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping and handling is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.

-
Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered
 Shipping Method choices and their prices.

 
-If the shipping is miscalculated at check  we will let you know ASAP what the actual costs are so that you can pay the difference. 99% of the time it is accurate.

-There is a small handling fee included in your shipping total to help us cover all of the costs
of packing materials,running this super awesome online store and to pay those who help us
pack orders. We ship Monday-Friday so that you will have a very short wait to get your products.

-Discount coupons are available for large orders. Read further down to find the coupon codes.

-Our product prices are some of the best, as well as our customer service, (wow we are big headed!) so you still should end up saving money overall when  shopping at JestPaint.com and you should have the funnest experience too!

WHAT MAIL SERVICE DO YOU USE?

-We use Priority , Express  and First Class Shipping with the U.S Postal Service (USPS).

 For those options that do not include shipping insurance, you can add it to your order by going here


Your Shipping Options:

 Priority Mail  (A quick option)
-Does not include shipping insurance
but you can add it here
 -Includes a Delivery Confirmation tracking number
 -2-3 day estimated delivery time in the U.S.

 Express Mail  (The safest option)
 -Includes up to $100 in shipping insurance
- Additional insurance can be added to cover the total value of your order if it is greater than $100
- Includes a tracking number to monitor the movements of your package from JestPaint to your door
- Guaranteed Delivery in the estimated time (24-48 hours depending on the size of your city).
-Contact us right away if you need next day delivery to make sure we can ship your order out right away.

First Class Shipping

-Does not include a tracking number
-You can add a delivery confirmation tracking number
-Does not include shipping insurance but you can add it here
-Sometimes the cheapest shipping option for very small orders
- Average shipping time is 3 days, but could take up to a week

How to Change your Shipping Method:


 -If you would like us to calculate if First Class with Delivery Confirmation is a cheaper option for you, type
"First Class Shipping" in your comments at check-out.
If you want First Class and don't want Delivery Confirmation (it costs 80 cents), comment that you want the "Cheapest Shipping Possible"

-
If there are any savings we will refund your order accordingly. If it is not cheaper than Priority shipping we will ship Priority. *If you opt out of Delivery Confirmation, you will not be able to track your order, so it is a more risky option.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR YOU TO PUT MY ORDER IN THE POST?
 
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side
of our site to track the status of your order.

-Weekday orders generally go out on the same day or up to 48 hours.

-Please call  us if you want to know precisely when we will be able to ship your order.

-Call us, if you are in a rush. Vroom!

-Because we are also weekend entertainers, we don't always ship on Saturdays, so
Friday orders might
 not go out until Monday.

-Sadly, we can't ship on Sundays or Holidays observed by the U.S. Postal Service.



WHAT IS MY TRACKING NUMBER?

-You will get sent your tracking number via E-mail from the USPS once we ship your order.
- If you did not get it, and cannot find it under your order status when you log in at JestPaint.com, call or e-mail us and we will let you know your tracking number .
- You can enter it in at www.usps.com to monitor your order's adventure. (Your number is actually a part of delivery confirmation, so the USPS only guarantees that you will be able to see when your order was delivered or attempted to be delivered: however it still is common to be able to see it's movements along the way.)
-Contact us if you do not get your package within a week. If it takes longer than that, it might be stuck somewhere.

DO YOU HAVE ANY DISCOUNT COUPONS FOR LARGE ORDERS?

-If you order between $150 and $199.99 in products, use the Coupon Code "FS150" and save $5.80  on your order.

HOW CAN I ADD SHIPPING INSURANCE TO PROTECT MY ORDER?

-Shipping Insurance is available and advised, especially for large or important orders. Jest Paint LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
 
-Mail Carriers can damage your packaging and products. They can also be lost or totally destroyed by their sorting machines.
 
-If you  want to be sure that you get your paints, or want to be refunded if anything happens to them during shipping, spending a little extra will give you that piece of mind.
                                                        
HOW DO I BUY INSURANCE?
1. Go to the Shipping Insurance category on the left bar.

2. Select the amount that will cover the total amount of products you are ordering. ( Parcel Insurance Plan states that you have to ensure the total value of your package, not less or more. You do not include the shipping or tax charges however, just the value of your products.)

3. We will add insurance to your order and pack and ship it following the Parcel Insurance Plan guidelines. Now you can sleep in peace!

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE WAS LOST OR DAMAGED?

1. Jest Paint LLC cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages once shipped.
We pack according to USPS guidelines to help prevent any damage to your order but we cannot control what
happens to your package once we mail it out.  This is why we strongly advise getting shipping insurance, mentioned above.

2. If you paid for insurance, take a picture of the damaged products and the shipping container, and contact us. We will let you know what to do next.


3. If you did not get insurance you can still file a claim with the USPS, especially if your items are lost. There is no guarantee that they will resolve your issue, but sometimes if you report what was lost they may be able to find it.
