For Our International Customers
Dear customers, due to the current COVID19 situation, our shipping partners are having some difficulties with international shipping. There have been some long delays for orders going overseas due to a shortage of flights and staff. Some countries have decided to stop incoming international mail through their state owned and operated Postal Services, which means that we can't ship your package to those countries using our normal USPS option. If you still want to place an order we can hold on to it until shipping is open once again (hopefully soon), or we can quote you a shipping option with UPS, but know that the quote might likely be about four times more expensive and that you are more likely to get charged taxes and duties on your order if we use the UPS. The good thing about UPS shipping is that it is much faster, and it provides a tracking number that gives you regular updates all the way through.

If you place an order and we can't ship it to your country, we will contact you to ask you to let us know if you would like us to hold on to it until we are allowed to ship it, if you would like us to use UPS Shipping and send you a payment link to pay for the difference or if you would like to cancel it and get a refund or store credit (which ever you choose).
Please know that this is out of our control and that in general all international shipments are experiencing extra delays due to the low air traffic and Custom offices not being fully staffed as normal. We are so sorry for the inconvenience.
For our Local Customers:
USPS has announced that there might be some slight delays in the delivery of First Class and Priority Mail Shipping, adding an extra day at most to their usual delivery times. Remember though that the delivery dates for Priority Mail and First Class are always estimates and not guaranteed, and the delay could be longer than a day or two.
Express Mail delivery times have not been affected and continue to be guaranteed by the USPS.

Also, until further notice, for merchandise that has already been shipped we will not be accepting returns (and hence no refunds or store credits will be offered), unless it is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our end.
