What are the dimension of the Case and Rainbow Insert?

The whole plastic Rainbow Insert measures 12" x 9.5" x 1/2"

The 12 Large Slots are approximately 2 3/8" long X 2" wide

The 16 Small Slots are approximately 2" long X 15/16" wide

For the black laptop case:

The outer case dimensions are 12 8/16" Long x 10 4/16" Wide x 1 3/16" Deep.

The inner case dimensions 12 5/16" Long x 9 10/16" Wide and 6/16" Deep.

What is the Pro Lap Top Case and two Rainbow Inserts best For?

The Rainbow inserts were designed for face painters who like to build their own compact face painting kits. You can fill these spaces up however you like, with single colors or with two or more colors together. Build your own large and small rainbow cakes and one strokes, two color splits, graffiti / sushi cakes, double dip wheels and more!

You will have a total of 24 large spots and 32 small spots to fill with your own face paint. These inserts are much more sturdy that the thin plastic inserts that go in the wooden cases. You will love their durability and versatility.

*PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE SLOTS ARE SMALLER THAN STANDARD 30GR and 50GR rectangular cakes. You have to remove the cakes from the containers and carefully wedge them in to get them to fit. This might not work well unless you cakes are still clay like. See measurements above.

What else should I know about this product?

The Rainbow Insert was designed by the Art Factory. The insert is made in the USA and is a perfect size to put in the commonly used black lap top cases. When you place two in the case you can close the case. Cases come with a paper sheet with the outlines of the insert so that you can paint in the colors on the sheet to help create cake combos before cutting them up and putting them in your insert.
