My credit card keeps Declining at check out.

If you are sure that you typed in the correct billing address and credit card information, and your card keeps declining, STOP and give us a call so we can help you figure out what the problem is.

We only accept Paypal and American Express credit cards issued by AEX for International Orders.

WARNING:

Some banks put the amount that was declined on hold for up to 7 days. It is a crazy policy in our opinion, but if you see charges on your account for declined transactions call you bank right away and let them know that your card was declined and you want your money released. If they need us to send them a fax please let us know.

How do I CHANGE or CANCEL my order?

There is hope, but once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order cannot be canceled and is no longer editable.

How do I track my order?

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order. If you do not have a tracking number here, you can check your e-mail for a letter from the USPS that will contain your tracking number, and you can enter it at www.usps.com to see where your package is at. If you have any problems give us a call!

Help! My order hasn't arrived yet!

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status.

  • Be sure that your order has been shipped out. Check that the shipping address is correct as well.
  • If your order status displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with www.usps.com to confirm your packages status.
  • If you cannot find your tracking number contact us and we will give it to you.
  • If your package shows a status of "delivered" or seems to be stuck at a USPS processing facility, please contact us for assistance.

Though we will do our best to help you locate your order through the USPS, JestPaint is not responsible for lost or damaged packages, so we strongly encourage that you purchase shipping insurance before checking out.

We try very hard to keep a well stocked inventory, but sometimes things sell faster than we can predict.

  • We do not do back orders because it is often very hard to know when items will arrive from manufacturers, especially those outside of the U.S.. In the worst case, you might be waiting on that Neon Green for months!
  • If you need something that is out of stock please click on the link that says E-mail me when Back-In-Stock under the Add to Cart and Add to Wish List Button. It will pop up when you get the out of stock message after attempting to add the item to your cart.
  • We will be automatically notified that you are interested in the item, so we will make sure to re-stock it as soon as we can.
  • Once we get the item you want you will be sent an e-mail giving you the good news!
  • Feel free to call us to make sure that our inventory is correct and/or to get an idea of when we will have the the item you want back in stock.
