How to Use Ben Nye Final Seal?
One of the great advantages of Ben Nye Final Seal is how easy it is to use. Simply apply the makeup to the skin, make sure it is fully set or dry, and then apply a fine even mist over all of the makeup areas from a 12" distance so that no big drops fall over your makeup. For a longer-lasting effect, let it dry and apply a second layer.
If you want an even longer-lasting effect, apply Ben Nye Final seal as a skin prep, to seal the skin's pores, then apply the makeup and then Final Seal Again.
And, if you want and even longer-lasting effect you can use Mehron's Mixing Liquid instead of water to activate water-activated makeup (like face paints), and use Ben Nye Final Seal to seal it.

Highly recommend
You can use it both under and over paints and powders. I will do final sealer then add glitter here in the dry Phoenix weather. It stays tacky for just a few minutes but paints dry as I paint most days.
