When face painting a unicorn face there are a few things you must keep in mind:
1 - Make sure that you horn looks really like a unicorn horn, otherwise, the final look can be off putting.
2 - Try and add cute ears with a little bit of fur texture or stylized line work.
3 - Go wild and have fun when painting the hair, it can be colorful and curly or straight. Use a round brush or a flat brush loaded in rainbow colors !
4 - You don't have to paint the actual unicorn's nose if you are going for a full face unicorn, it can end up looking not as great unless you are a total pro. Since people have flat faces, a lot of times it might look a little piggy if you paint nostrils on it.
5 - You can also choose to face paint a small unicorn instead of transforming the face as a unicorn, see some examples below.
This is a different take on the full face unicorn face paint in four simple steps. In this case we used a Unicorn Horn Face Painting Stencil to make life a bit easier. The hair and mane were painted using a 1" brush and a 1stroke cake.
