Tips: Most painters use StarBlend powders dry. You will get better results if you use a primer like a very thin layer of lotion, or Paradise paint, and then apply powders on top.  Powder based paints are much more fragile than regular face paints with a glycerin and/or wax base.

Use the precious gem powders by shaking a little on top of your Starblend cake and mixing it in with the smoothie blender to get a more shimmery effect.
