We are continually growing in our medium as well as our community engaged offerings, enhancing public and private events with bursts of magic and colorful creations!

We travel throughout our region, serving primarily the Twin Cities and surrounding areas within 100 miles. We are currently located in St.Paul, Minnesota

Since when have we been in business?

We started as Faces by Stella in 2012, rebranding due to growth and audience demand into two companies, Starburst Arts and Stellar Body Art.
