What materials are used in this brush?

Mark Reid face painting brushes are made with synthetic, two toned nylon bristles encased in a brass ferrule. The brush handles are wooden with a coat of urethane.

What are the dimensions of this product?

This brush is 7 and 3/4" long from tip to end. The base of the bristles is approximately a 1/2" wide and the bristles are 5/8" long, though sometimes they may be a little longer or shorter ( see secondary image of shorter size) depending on the batch. Email us if you would like to confirm the length. The handles are approximately 3/8" in diameter.

How to use it?

Get your brush wet, wipe the end of it against the edge of your water container, rub against your dry cake until you create a creamy consistency and then paint on the face/body.

What is this brush best for?

The Mark Reid Long Chisel Brush is great for filling in spaces, blending, and making chubby tear drops. This brush is similar to a filbert style brush.

What else should I know about Mark Reid Face Painting Brushes?

Because they are made out of synthetic sable bristles, no animals were hurt for the production of these brushes.
