The dimensions of this insert are 12.25" long, 9.75" wide, .4" thick / 30.8 cm long, 24 cm wide, 1 cm thick. There is not a sheet of backing on it.

What is this product best for?

This Superstar foam insert is designed to help keep your superstar paints in place by fililng the lid with the foam. This prevents the 16gr and 45gr cakes from popping out if you pack your kit on it's side. You can put this insert inside our popular laptop cases to carry your paints around. This foam insert can be washed with soap and water if it gets dirty. You can also use a sharp razor blade and make you own custom inserts. The size it fit for the lid of the case, so if you want to make a custom insert to go in the base you will have to trim the edges a little too.

ensucia, se puede lavar con agua y jabón. También puedes usar una cuchilla 
afilada para crear tus propios insertos personalizados. El tamaño es adecuado 
para la tapa de la funda, así que si quieres hacer un inserto personalizado 
para la base, tendrás que recortar un poco los bordes.
